Passed away peacefully on November 30, 2010, at Stafford District General Hospital, aged 76 years. A very special man who was loved by all his Family and Friends.
His Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, December 9, at St Chad's Church, at 2.30pm, followed by a Cremation at Stafford.
No flowers but donations would be appreciated for the Air Ambulance or Nursing and Medical Staff at Stafford District General Hospital c/o:
