Passed away suddenly on November 20, 2010, aged 45 years.

Funeral Service, Tuesday, December 7, at 1pm, at West Bromwich Crematorium.

All are welcome.

You never said I'm leaving, you never said goodbye, you were gonebefore I knew it and only God knows why.

It broke my heart to lose you but you didn't go alone for part of me went with you, the day God took you home.
