Memorial Service to be held on Monday, December 6, 1.30pm at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 22 Castle Hill, Dudley, DY1 4QQ.
No flowers. At Len's request all donations will be forwarded to The Renal Unit, Birmingham Children's Hospital.
