Passed away peacefully at home on November 23, aged 60 years.
Much loved and will be sadly missed by his Wife May, Daughter Kerry, Son Darren, his Grandchildren and his Family and Friends.
Funeral Service, 1pm, on Tuesday, December7, at Dudley Christian Fellowship, followed by Committal at Gornal Wood Crematorium.
