Passed away on Friday, November 19, at New Cross Hospital after a short illness, aged 83 years.

Funeral Service will be held at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel, on Tuesday, December 7, at 1.30pm.

Family flowers only, donations to The Heart and Lung Centre, New Cross Hospital, for which a box will be provided at the Service.

Afterwards at Pear Tree, Cannock Road.

An empty place no one can fill, I miss you now and always will. A prayer, a tear are all I can give, theseyou will have as long as I live.
