I sat beside your bedside not knowing what to do, I held your hand, I stroked your face, I told you I loved you, in tears I saw you sinking, I watched you fade away and though my heart was breaking I knew you could not stay.

All I have are precious memories locked within my heart, I will always go on loving you my one and only true sweetheart.

You were a man of very few words but we knew you loved us all, you made us what we are today, that's why we walk so tall.

To say goodbye was hard to do, you're passing has made us sad, you will always be in our memories as being the greatest Dad.
