Passed away on Sunday, November 14, 2010, at Chase View Nursing Home.
Formerly of Brownhills.
Alf will be sadly missed by all his Family.
The Funeral Service will be held at Streetly Crematorium, in the East Chapel, at 1.15pm, onThursday, November 25, 2010.
