I sat beside your bedside not knowing what to do, I held your hand, I stroked your face, I told you I loved you so, in tears I saw you sinking, I watched you fade away and with my heart breaking I knew you could not stay, it broke my heart to lose you, you didn't go alone, as part of me went with you when God called you home.
