Who passed away peacefully at Broadway Halls Care Home on November 13, 2010, aged 83 years.
The Church Service is to take place on Thursday, November 25, at 2.15pm, at All Saints Church, Moxley, followed by Committal at WestBromwich Crematorium, at 3.15pm.
