Funeral Service to be held at St Teresa's RC Church, Birmingham New Road, Wolverhampton, on Thursday, November 25, at 1pm, followed by Committal at BushburyCrematorium, West Chapel, at 2pm.

Family flowers by request, donations if desired to Parkinsons UK or The Down Syndrome Society at the Crematorium or
