CLEWS Madge.

Jim, Richard and Helen would like to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, Friends, Neighbours and Staff and Patients of Alfred Squire Road Surgery, Wednesfield for the many messages of sympathy sent to them during their recent sad loss.

Donations in lieu of flowers raised over œ1,000, which has been divided amongst four of Madge's favourite charities. Sincere thanks.

Special thanks to Doreen and Bill for all their help and support to us, to The Reverend Prebendary Derek Johnson of Aldeburgh and Reverend Ben Whitmore of St. Bart's, Penn, for a most inspiring Funeral Service and also Joy, Jo and Chris of St. Bart's for their help with the catering, heartfelt thanks to Ben for his support and ministrations during Madge's long illness.

Thank you to Doctor Dan De'Rosa for his care and support, Doctor Richard Horton, Doctor Jonathan Mann, Mr. Teo Gardecki and the Staff of the Vascular Ward, New Cross for their care and kindness to Madge during her illness, a special thank youto Angela of F. Jennings and Sons for her help and support and for the sensitive and professional way Madge's Funeral was conducted.

We are very grateful to all of you who attended the Funeral Service, making it a day of celebration for the life of Madge, Wife, Mother and Friend to many.
