Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 9, 2010. Dearly loved Husband of Beryl, devoted Father to Peter, Andrew, Jayne and John, Father-in-law to Jean, Elaine and Terry, loving Grandad to Jamie, Chris, Amy, Nick, Jack andJenny, Great-Grandad to Toby, Grace and Emily.

We sat beside your bedside our hearts were crushed and sore, we tended you with loving care until we could do no more, in tears we watched you sinking and slowly fade away, although our hearts were breakingwe knew you could not stay.

Funeral Service to be held at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel, on Friday, November 26, at 2.30pm.
