Passed away at New Cross Hospital, on Tuesday, November, 2, 2010, aged 66 years.

Funeral Service to be held at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel, Thursday, November 18, at 11.30am, followed by Burial in Bushbury Cemetery.Flowers or donations in lieu to Compton Hospice.
