Of Mount Pleasant, Quarry Bank, passed away peacefully at home on November 4, 2010, aged 45 years.

Partner of Tracey, loving Son to Mary and Michael, Brother of Paul, Father to Hannah and Sam and Tracey's Children Sophie and James.Will be sadly missed by all.

Funeral Service to take place on Thursday, November 18, at Gornal Wood Crematorium at 12.20pm, followed by a reception at The Laurels, Windmill Hill, Colley Gate.

Mourning clothes optional.

Family flowers only by request, donations if desired for West Midlands Hospital, c/o J Vernon Kendrick, Funeral Directors, Vernon House, Cemetery Road, Lye.
