Passed away suddenly on October 28, 2010.
We never got to say goodbye.
Beloved Husband of Lisa, Father and Grandfather.
Funeral Service to be held at Rowley Crematorium, Powke Lane, Blackheath on Monday, November 15, 2010 at 2.30pm.
All welcome afterwards at Tividale Football Club.
No flowers please.
Donations, if desired, to the Alzheimer's Society or Dementia UK.
