Sadly passed away on October 29, 2010, aged 19 years.
Funeral Service to be held at St James' Church, Lower Gornal, on Tuesday, November 9, at 12noon, followed by Burial at Gornal Wood Cemetery.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired to Acorns Children's Hospice.
