Passed away peacefully in Stoke City Hospital, on October 25, 2010, aged 73 years.

Alan will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.

The Funeral Service will take place at Streetly Crematorium, at 2pm, on Monday, November 8, 2010.

Family flowers only by request, donations if desired for (MND) Motor Neurone Disease c/o the Funeral Home.

Alan is now resting in our private Chapel of Repose at
