MAINEY Joan.

Harry and the Family of the late Mrs Joan Mainey wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, Friends and Neighbours for the cards, letters and other messages of sympathy, love and support at this very sad and difficult time, for the attendance of so many of you at the Funeral Service and for your kind donations to the Snowdrop Appeal.

We extend our special thanks to Dr Tim Jackson, Dr Churn, the Staff of Ward D19 and all the Staff of the Chemotherapy Unit at The Deanesly Centre for the care, support and kindness given to Joan during her illness.

We would further like to thank Andrew Yardley and Staff at Jennings Funeral Directors in Horseley Field, the Staff at Linden House for looking after us so well afterwards and the Vicar Allen Roberts for leading the Service. Our grateful thanks go to Liz for reading the eulogy.

Joan was proud to be a member of the Monday Embroidery Group in Tettenhall and The Severn Valley Handicraft Guild in Bridgnorth and we would like to thank them for the pleasure they gave her. Over the years Joan also supported the Wolverhampton and District Breast Care and Mastectomy Group and we were extremely touched by the moving tribute to Lady Joan from Madame Dalton in the October Newsletter. Thank youJean.
