Funeral Service to take place at Bushbury Crematorium West Chapel, on Monday, November 8, at 1.30pm.

Family flowers only.

Donations if desired made payable to The County Air Ambulance, c/o JENNINGS Funeral Directors will be provided at the Crematorium.
