Mr Roy Perry, Andrew, Ian, Clive, Tim and the Family of the late Mrs Diane Perry wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, kind Friends and Neighbours for the cards, letters and other messages of sympathy, love, support and prayers received at this very sad and difficult time, for the attendance of so many of you at the Funeral Service and for your donations to 'The Stroke Association'.

We extend our special thanks to her Doctors and to all the Staff at Highley Medical Practice and to the Doctors and all Staff at 'Lightmoor View Care Home' for their wonderful care and kindness, to Diana and to the Family, during her stay there, to Tanya for your very special personal contribution to the Service, to Ebenezers Florists for getting the flowers just as we wanted, to all at The Dog Inn/Davenport Arms for looking after everyone so warmly afterwards and to Mr Colin Bailey and organist Mr Christopher Blake for leading such a dignified Celebration of her life and for letting us say goodbye to a wonderful Wife and Mother with love and thanks.
