Passed away peacefully at home on October 8, 2010, aged 82 years.

Funeral Service and Cremation to be held at Gornal Wood Crematorium, on Friday, October 22, at 3.30pm.

The Family would like to thank Family, Relatives and Friends for their thoughts and prayers over the last few weeks.

We also have a huge debt of gratitude to Macmillan Nurses Eddie and Jan, the District Nurses from Bayer Street and Dudley Palliative Care Team who were all so caring and respectful in Mom's final weeks.

No flowers were requested but donations if desired to Macmillan Nurses.
