Passed away on October 8, 2010, aged 77 years.

Beloved Husband of Beryl, cherished Father of Graham and Mandy, special Brother of Clive, a much loved Father-in-law and adored Grandfather. Loved and missed by all Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at St Michael and All Angel's Church, Hopton Wafers, Shropshire, on Tuesday, October 26, at 11.30am, followed by Cremation at Stourbridge Crematorium, at 1.30pm.

Family flowers only please, with kind donations received in Derek's memory being given to The Midlands Air Ambulance.
