Tragically taken from us on October 11, 2010, aged 63 years.
Loving Husband to Annette and doting Dad to Jessica.
He will be sadly missed.
The Funeral Service will take place at St Mary and St Chad's Church, Brewood, on Thursday, October 21, at 2pm, followed by Burial in the Churchyard.
All Friends are invited to join the Family afterwards at The Swan Hotel, Brewood.
Family flowers only, donations if desired to Fire Fighters Charity.
