Passed away at The Princess Royal Hospital on October 9, 2010, aged 70 years.
Beloved Wife of Alex, dearest Mom of Kim and Karen and a special Gran.
Funeral Service, 10.15am, Thursday, October 21, at St Michael's Church, Madeley, followed by Cremation at Telford Crematorium.
Family flowers only by request but if desired donations for The British Lung Foundation would be appreciated.
