Sadly passed away on Sunday, October 10, 2010, at The Manor Hospital, aged 82 years.
The Funeral Service will take place on Wednesday, October 20, 2pm, at Daw End Methodist Church, Rushall, followed by the Committal at StreetlyCrematorium, West Chapel, at 3pm.
Family flowers only, donations if desired to Air Ambulance or Daw End Methodist Church.
