Passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, October 2, 2010.
Dearly loved Husband of Gill, much loved Dad and Friend of Andrew, Sarah and Scott, devoted Grandad to Alex, Sam, Hannah and Callum.
Funeral Service to be heldat Wombourne Methodist Church on Tuesday, October 19, at 10.30am, followed by Cremation at West Bromwich Crematorium.
Family flowers only, donations c/o WOMBOURNE FUNERAL SERVICES, 124 Bridgnorth Road, Wombourne. WV5 8AY.
