Passed peacefully away on October 3, 2010.

The Funeral Service will take place on Monday, October 18, at St Hilda's Church, at 11.15am, followed by Committal at West Bromwich Crematorium, at 12.15pm.

Funeral Cortege will be leaving at 10.45am.

Family flowers only please, donations, if desired, to The Dialysis Unit at Tipton Hospital.

All are welcome afterwards to The Labour Club, Coopers Lane, Smethwick, at which a donation box will be available.
