Pat would like to thank Family, Friends and Neighbours for their support at this sad time. Thanks to the Ambulance Service and all Staff at New Cross Hospital E.A.U. for their care, attention and the respect shown to Eddie and myself. Thanks to the many people who attended Eddie's Funeral which was conducted so lovely by Stella Salt and all the Staff at Jennings who were so professional and caring in every way.

The donations for The Stroke Unit at West Park Hospital are still arrivingand are greatly appreciated.

Eddie was a very special man who will be missed forever by many people.

Eddie, today would have been our 43rd Wedding Anniversary, I have to spend it without you but you are always in my heart.I love you forever.
