Passed away suddenly on September 29, 2010, aged 56 years.

The Funeral Service will be held on Monday, October 11, at 2.50pm, at Gornal Wood Crematorium.

Everyone welcome afterwards at the Crestwood Public House, Blenheim Road, Kingswinford.
