Of Chasetown.

Passed away peacefully in her sleep at Queens Hospital, Burton upon Trent, on September 29, 2010, aged 93 years.

Dot will be sadly missed by her loving Daughter Margaret and Son-in-law Ken, Grandsons Kevin, Robert, Graham, Malcolm and David and Great-Grandchildren Ewan, Maia, Korben and Timo.

Funeral Service 12.30pm, at Streetly Crematorium, followed by a Memorial Service at Chasetown Methodist Church, at 1.30pm.

Refreshments afterwards in the Church.

Family flowers only please, donations in lieu to St Giles' Hospice.

Many thanks to the Doctors and Nurses of Queens Hospital for giving Dot their very bestattention and to all the Staff at Caring Hands for providing excellent care in her own home during the last few years, the help and support of Friends and Neighbours has also been greatly appreciated.
