Passed away on September 11, 2010, aged 59 years.
The Funeral Service will take place at Bushbury Crematorium West Chapel, on Friday, October 1, at 12 noon.
Family flowers only, donations if desired for Afghan Heroes.
We will always love and miss you.
Mom Alice, Wife Irene, Son Steven, Daughter-in-law Donna, Son David, Son Tom and Allison, Grandchildren Callum and Sophie.
