Passed peacefully away at New Cross Hospital on September 6, 2010, aged 80 years.

Funeral to be held at Streetly Crematorium at 12.30pm on Friday, September 24, 2010.

Family flowers only, donations if desired please hand to Family member.

Donations to be sent to charity of Ray's wishes.

A happy face, a heart of gold, no finer Husband this world could hold, you went to sleep without goodbye but memories of you Ray will never die.
