Passed away on September 15, on C7 at Russells Hall Hospital, aged 50 years.

Funeral Service to take place at Gornal Wood Crematorium on Thursday, September 23, at 12.20pm.

Family flowers only.

As I sat beside your bedside, I knew I had to lose you as the days were passing by, I tried so hard to keep you and so hard not to cry. So brave while fading away, a fight you gave all the way, as you slowly slipped away. I stroked your head with tenderness as I kissed you goodbye. Until we meet again, love you forever.

We sat beside your bedside, we knew you could not stay,you tried so hard to stay with us fighting all the way. Your golden heart stopped beating, your body came to rest, God broke our hearts to prove to us He only takes the best.

We'll miss you San, we'll miss your smile, as we sit back and think awhile, we'll miss your face, we'll miss your laugh, as we look upon your photograph. You are a legend to all of us, you slipped away without a fuss, you joined that star up in the sky, we blow a kiss and wave goodbye. That's all that we can do or say, until we meet again one day.
