Passed peacefully away, September 12, 2010, after a long and painful battle at St Mary's Hospice, Selly Oak.

The Funeral Service will take place at West Bromwich Crematorium, at 12.15pm, Wednesday, September 22.

Flowers welcome, donations if desired to St Mary's Hospice, 176 Raddlebarn Road, Selly Park, Birmingham, B29 7DA.



Did you feel me hold your hand and stroke your face day after day while you suffered with the pain, I knew there was nothing I could dothis time as we sat at your bedside talking to you, until your heart of gold stopped beating.

My heart is broken, my special man, my soulmate has been taken but the wonderful memories will remain.

Rest in peace, until we meet again.
