Passed away at home on August 24.
Will be sadly missed by Sons Mark and James, Daughter-in-law Ellie and Grandchildren Phoebe, Freya and Alex.
Funeral Service at St Michael and All Angels Church, Lower Green, Tettenhall on Thursday, September 23 at 10am, followed by Committal at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel at 11am.
