Patricia Ann passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, August 24, 2010, aged 67 years.

Funeral Service to be held at Bushbury Crematorium, East Chapel, on Friday, September 10, at 11am.

Family flowers only, donations welcomed for The British Heart Foundation.

So many memories we shared makes losing you harder to bear, I'll keep them safely in my heart, that way we'll never be apart.

I know the Angels will give me strength until we meet again.

You closed your eyes and went to sleep, the Angels came and gave you peace, you must of been tired for them to to take you now, it's painful but I know somehow, your strength in me will see me through,until we meet again.

He has called your name twice before, you knew you couldn't make him wait any more.
