Died suddenly on Friday, August 13, 2010.

Will be sadly missed by all.

The Funeral Service will take place at 1.15pm, August 26, at St Bernadette's RC Church, Wombourne, WV5 9HW and will be followed by Cremation at Gornal Wood Crematorium, at 2.50pm.

Family flowers only, donations to The British Heart Foundation or South Staffs First Responders.
