Ivy
Passed away Wednesday, July 21, 2010, aged 76 years.
Much loved Mum and Nan.
She will be sadly missed by all her Family.
The Funeral Service will take place at 1pm, on Thursday, August 5, 2010, at St Michael's Church, Pelsall, followed by Burial at Streetly Cemetery.
Flowers welcome.
Ivy is now resting in a private Chapel of Repose.
