Sadly passed away at Walsall Manor Hospital on Monday, July 26, 2010, aged 64 years.
The Funeral Service will take place on Thursday, August 5, 2010 at Rushall Parish Church at 1.30pm, followed by Cremation at Streetly Crematorium.
