Sadly passed away July 14, 2010, aged 63 years.
Funeral Service to take place on Friday, July 23, 2010 at St Matthews Church, Walsall, at 12.00 noon, all Friends welcome, followed by Committal at Streetly Crematorium,close Family only to attend.
Family flowers only, donations if desired c/o Walsall NHS Trust (Stroke Ward, Walsall Manor Hospital) or Donor Family Network, a collection will be taken on leaving Church.
