Passed away at Walsall Manor Hospital on Friday, July 9, aged 59.
A very special Brother and Uncle.
All our lives we will miss you as the years come and go but in our hearts you will live forever because we loved youso.
God bless you.
Reunited with Mom and Dad.
Funeral Service to be held at All Saints Church, Bloxwich at 11.30am on Thursday, July 22, 2010. All Friends welcome, Family flowers only, donations if desired to Macmillan Nurses.
