Tom passed away peacefully after a long illness on Monday, July 5, 2010, aged 81 years.

Beloved Husband of Lily, loving Father to David, Pam, Maggie and Barbara, Father-in-law to Mick, loving Grandfather to Alexi, Stacy, Tom and Lauren.

Will be sadly missed but not forgotten and will always be remembered in our hearts.

Rest in peace.

Funeral Service and Cremation will take place at Bushbury Crematorium East Chapel on Tuesday, July 20, 2010, at 2pm.
