Passed away suddenly on Monday, June 28, 2010, at New Cross Hospital, aged 70 years.

Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, July 14 at 11.30am, at Bushbury Crematorium, East Chapel, followed by Burial.

Family flowers only,donations payable to The Heart and Lung Centre, New Cross Hospital if desired.
