Passed away suddenly on Friday, June 4, 2010, aged 56 years.

The Funeral Service has been arranged for Thursday, June 17, at Gornal Wood Crematorium, 3.30pm.

I'll miss you in the springtime when flowers begin to bloom, I'll miss you in the summer when the sunshine fills the room, I'll miss you in the autumn when the leaves fall from the trees, I'll miss you in the winter when I feel the icy breeze. No matter what the season, no matter what the day, I'll always love and miss you till my life has ebbed away.
