Fell asleep on Friday, June 4, 2010, aged 71 years.
He will be sadly missed by his loving Wife Kate, Son Jason and Grandchildren Becky and Rhys.
Funeral Service to take place at Powke Lane Crematorium on Wednesday, June 16,at 2.30pm.
