Passed away suddenly on May 2, 2010, aged 59 years.

Funeral Service to be held at Gornal Wood Crematorium on Tuesday, May 18, 2010, at 4.10pm.

All are welcome after the Service at the Cabin, Northway, Sedgley.

You may have been taken from me unexpectedly but memories of the wonderful life we shared will be in my heart foreternity.

Our final day together was so very special, I'll never forget the smile upon your face.
