Passed peacefully away on April 26, 2010, aged 70 years.

Funeral Service to be held at Rowley Regis Crematorium, on Friday, May 7, 2010, at 10.45am.

No flowers by request of the Family but donations if desired for the British Heart Foundation c/o Jan.
