Passed away peacefully on April 14, 2010, aged 80 years.
Funeral Service, 3.30pm, on Friday, April 30, at Gornal Wood Crematorium.
Family flowers only please but donations if desired accepted for The Renal Unit at RussellsHall Hospital.
