Three years today.

The hardest thing in life to bear is to want your Son and he's not there. If we could visit Heaven on this saddest day, maybe for a moment our pain would go away. We would put our arms around you and whisper words so true, that living life without you is so very hard to do. All we have are memories and photos in a frame. Your resting place we visit, flowers we place with care but no one knows the heartache as we turn and leave you there. So forgiveus Lord if we still weep, for our Son we loved and longed to keep.
