David Maurice
On April 8, 2010, peacefully in Glanclwyd Hospital and of Chapel Road, Prestatyn, aged 75 years, previously of Barlow Road, Wednesbury.
Beloved Husband of Shirley, loving Dad of Angela and Tracey, treasured Grandad of Carly, Alice, Stephen, Great-Gan-Gan of Charlie and Gracie.
Funeral Service to be held at Colwyn Bay Crematorium on April 21, 2010, at 1.30pm.
Family flowers only please, donations will be gratefully accepted towards Glanclwyd Hospital, Ward 8.

You were taken fromus so suddenly, there was no time for goodbyes but wherever you are now you will have heard our cries.
You were always there for us from the minute we were born but now our hearts are breaking and torn. You will be with us forever Dad, so this is one last goodbye, our love is never ending and will never die.
